Diversity & Accessibility

Diversity Statement

At Kahlon Roadrunner Inc, we believe that diversity is an important part of who we are and what motivates many people’s success. My journey began in Punjab, India, where I grew up in a working-class family. My supportive parents taught me the values of hard work and perseverance. When I made the courageous decision to come to the United States, I carried those values with me, determined, as many immigrants, to build a better life than back home.

Starting my career in a liquor store gave me insight into the American work environment, teaching me the importance of dedication and ambition. This experience led to a pivotal moment where I made Doordash and Amazon deliveries as I enjoyed making more income that way. It was during this time that I recognized an opportunity to make a larger impact and earn more by delivering larger loads. This realization inspired me to earn my Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and ultimately establish Kahlon Roadrunner Inc.

My journey has reinforced my belief in the power of diversity. I have seen firsthand how our differences can cooperate to strengthen a company. Anyone with unique perspectives are welcome to help us serve better and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the industry. I am committed to creating equitable opportunities for all. At Kahlon Roadrunner Inc., we want to grow an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued to contribute, no matter their background, ethnicity, or socio-economic status.

As we grow our fleet and expand our business, I remain dedicated to building a culture of respect, understanding, and collaboration. Just as I was supported on my journey, I want to ensure that we uplift our communities and provide opportunities for growth and employment for those who may otherwise be overlooked.

“Diversity is the art of thinking independently together.” — Malcolm Forbes
